Welcome to Print Hewlett (“Print Hewlett”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

 Print Hewlett is an India-registered ecommerce business that exports printers, ink, toner and printing accessories to customers in the United States. 

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 Print Hewlett is an independent retailer and exporter. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Print Hewlett is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or a representative of any printer manufacturer.

2. Sales Territory

 Print Hewlett currently sells through its website for delivery to customers in the United States.

We do not currently offer domestic sales or delivery to customers in India through this website.

3. Products

We offer printers, ink, toner, accessories and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and availability are accurate.

Product specifications may change because manufacturers may update their products, packaging, software, accessories or technical specifications.

Manufacturer names, logos, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless expressly indicated otherwise.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.

For eligible U.S. orders, export duties and customs/import clearance charges that are the responsibility of Print Hewlett are included in the listed product price.

Any sales tax or other government charge that applicable U.S. law requires to be collected separately will be disclosed at checkout where applicable.

 Print Hewlett does not intentionally advertise one price and add undisclosed mandatory charges later.

5. Pricing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing.

If an obvious technical, typographical or pricing error occurs, Print Hewlett may contact the customer before shipment.

The customer may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected order for a full refund of amounts paid for that order.

6. Orders

An order is accepted after successful payment processing and order confirmation by Print Hewlett.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• the product is unavailable;

• payment cannot be verified;

• the delivery address cannot reasonably be serviced;

• an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred;

• fraud or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected; or

• circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfillment.

If Print Hewlett cancels an order before shipment, amounts paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

7. Shipping

Products are shipped from India to the United States.

International transportation may be performed by air cargo, including Air India, subject to availability and operational requirements.

After arrival in the United States, delivery may be performed by FedEx or another appropriate delivery carrier.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

 Print Hewlett will not intentionally advertise a shipping period unless it has a reasonable basis to expect that the order can be shipped within that period.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the product is handed to the shipping carrier.

If the cancellation request is received and accepted before shipment, Print Hewlett will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that situation, the customer may request a return after delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.

If Print Hewlett cannot ship an order within the promised or legally applicable timeframe, the customer will be provided with the applicable delay or cancellation options required by U.S. law.

9. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after final delivery.

Returns are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered, customers should contact Print Hewlett as soon as reasonably possible.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, return and refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

11. Manufacturer Warranty

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is governed by the manufacturer’s applicable warranty terms.

 Print Hewlett does not represent that it is the manufacturer of branded products unless expressly stated.

12. Intellectual Property

 Print Hewlett’s original website content, including original text, graphics, branding and design elements, belongs to Print Hewlett or its licensors.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Consumer Protection

U.S. customer transactions may be subject to applicable federal and state consumer-protection laws.

Relevant federal laws and regulations may include:

• the Federal Trade Commission Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 41–58;

• the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, 16 CFR Part 435; and

• other applicable federal and state consumer-protection and ecommerce laws.

The FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule generally requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times and provides cancellation/refund requirements when merchandise cannot be shipped as promised.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict or eliminate any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

14. Disputes and Consumer Redress

Customers should first contact Print Hewlett so that we can attempt to resolve complaints directly.

Depending on the customer’s location and the nature of the complaint, customers may also have rights to contact:

• the relevant state consumer-protection authority;

• the Federal Trade Commission;

• the customer’s state Attorney General;

• applicable courts or other legally available dispute-resolution mechanisms.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable federal or state law remain unaffected.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Print Hewlett will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Force Majeure

 Print Hewlett will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, airline disruptions, carrier disruptions, customs delays, government restrictions, war, strikes, public emergencies, cybersecurity incidents or other extraordinary events.

Where required by applicable law, customers will receive the cancellation or refund options applicable to delayed orders.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version published on the website at the time of an order will generally apply to that transaction, subject to mandatory applicable law.
